• Final Sale: All sales are final. Dollareh does not offer exchanges or refunds for products purchased through our Services, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws in Saskatchewan.
• Defective or Damaged Products: In the event that a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law.
• Exceptions: This No Exchange/No Refund policy does not apply where Saskatchewan consumer protection laws mandate a refund, exchange, or repair (for example, if a product is not as described or is defective). In such cases, Dollareh will comply with the statutory rights provided under applicable law.
