Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Any special delivery charges for bulk or customized orders will be communicated in advance.

We currently deliver within Saskatoon.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you after order placement.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp, if available.

While we strive for timely delivery, Dollareh is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed or not received, please contact our customer support for assistance.

If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
