Do you offer delivery services?
At this time, we do not offer delivery services. All orders must be picked up.
How does store pickup work?
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, but they must present the order confirmation and a valid ID at the time of pickup.
Can I change my pickup date or time after scheduling?
Yes. You can change your appointment date or time online, or by contacting the store. Inflated balloon orders can only be edited up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
What happens if I miss my scheduled pickup?
If your order is not picked up, an email reminder will be sent 1 hour after your scheduled pickup time, and again 2 hours before store closing. Please note that inflated balloons look their best within 24 hours of inflation. Refunds are not available for missed pickups.
Can I schedule a balloon delivery instead of pickup?
At this time, inflated balloon orders are available for in-store pickup only.
Can I cancel my inflated balloon order?
You may cancel your inflated balloon order up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Refunds are not issued; however, the amount can be applied toward any other product purchase.
Can I schedule a balloon pickup for today?
Yes, same-day pickup may be possible. For the time slot you are looking for, please contact the store directly.
Are balloon appointments available at all stores?
Currently, this service is available at SayvingsMart dollar store located at 140, 2nd Avenue South Downtown.
