• Payment: Payment for products is due at the time of order placement. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.
• Delivery: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated time frame; however, delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

4.3. No Exchange / No Refund Policy

• Final Sale: All sales are final. Dollareh does not offer exchanges or refunds for products purchased through our Services, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws in Saskatchewan.
• Defective or Damaged Products: In the event that a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law.
• Exceptions: This No Exchange/No Refund policy does not apply where Saskatchewan consumer protection laws mandate a refund, exchange, or repair (for example, if a product is not as described or is defective). In such cases, Dollareh will comply with the statutory rights provided under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dollareh or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saskatchewan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, for any reason—including, but not limited to, a violation of these Terms or engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
